Mark Valdez with MPV Constructors is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. I reached out to Mark after my home sustained water damage in the basement. New flooring, window wells, and some minor updating were the goals for the basement. Once that project was under way, I knew that Mark was the professional I could work with to remodel other areas in my home. In all, Mark and his crew have completed three separate projects that have transformed my house into my perfect home.<br><br> Mark was able to visualize what I wanted and created the design for an open concept living space including a complete kitchen remodel. Once that project was complete, Mark and his crew renovated the master bedroom. The result was a beautiful, spacious, serene ensuite.<br><br> Throughout the design and construction process for each project, Mark met with me routinely. He kept me updated on the progress and any surprises he encountered. We purchased a 1950's Sunset Park home that had the original bathrooms and kitchen. We knew what look we wanted, but we found it very difficult to find a contractor who would work with us and help make our vision for the home a reality. Imagine a remodel 30 miles out of town , funky architecture, no previous building permits, electrical, plumbing and heating not to code . My heart sank when I realized what we were up against. But then we got Marks name from Lowes in Pueblo . He is the  GO TO guy  when it comes to the impossible, with his excellent crew and very professional sub contractors . MPV Constructors is one of the best kept secrets in Pueblo. Eight months later after tearing some of the house down to the studs, replacing just about everything and every system, We had a gorgeous home and it was to code !! Frankly I dont know how he did it with such grace, explanations of why we needed to do things, and keeping costs under control. He is a miracle worker and really wonderful to work with, he makes the home owner feel like they are truly a part of the process. I know that our project was a huge challenge in so many ways, just the distance from town was a big problem and somehow Mark made it seem easy. I would never hire anyone else. He is amazing and his crew is incredible.
